Attorney Susan G. Fentin contributes to Pat Murphy’s article “Bar: domestic violence law contains gray areas” published in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. The article discusses a bill introduced that requires “employers with 50 or more employees to provide up to 15 days of leave in any 12-month period” writes Murphy.

Many in the law community are seeking further clarification of the law as Attorney Fentin aptly observes, “I can see an employer having concerns about the valid use of time and perhaps stepping over the line.”
