Marylou Fabbo earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration magna cum laude in 1988 from Bryant College. In 1993, she received her Juris Doctor degree, also magna cum laude, from Western New England College School of Law, where she served as a Note Editor for the Western New England College Law Review. Marylou joined the firm in 1995 and became a partner in 2001. Her practice is concentrated in employment law with an emphasis on employment litigation. She has successfully defended employers in civil actions involving many areas of employment law, including sexual harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, FMLA, breach of contract, and wrongful discharge. Marylou is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut. She is the co-author of "Insurance Coverage for Employment Claims in Massachusetts," 18 WNEC L.Rev. 255 (1996). In addition, she is an Associate Editor of the Massachusetts Employment Law Letter. Marylou was an adjunct faculty member at Western New England College School of Law and is a frequent speaker on employment-related legal topics for a wide variety of associations and organizations.
