Tim Murphy joined the firm in 2001 after serving as General Counsel to an area labor union and working as an Assistant District Attorney for the Hampden County District Attorney's Office. A native of the Springfield area, Tim is a graduate of Western New England Law School and received his B.A. magna cum laude from American International College in Springfield, Massachusetts. He has taught courses in employment law at Western New England College. Tim's practice includes labor relations and employment litigation, as well as employment counseling. He is a frequent contributor to business and human resource publications and he is a contributing author to the Massachusetts Employment Law Letter.
