Marylou V. Fabbo To Be Guest Speaker On Human Resources Audits

WORCESTER, MA – Skoler, Abbott & Presser, P.C.―one of the largest law firms in New England specializing in the practice of labor relations and employment law exclusively for management―announces an upcoming speaking engagement for one of its partners.

Attorney Marylou Fabbo will speak on the topic of “Running an HR Audit,” on Wednesday, April 20, from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Human Resources Council (HRC) located in the offices of the North Central MA Chamber of Commerce. A light lunch will be served at 11:45 a.m. The Chamber offices are located at 860 South Street, Fitchburg, MA.

Ms. Fabbo joined the firm in 1995 and became a partner in 2001. Her practice is concentrated in employment law with an emphasis on employment litigation. She has successfully defended employers in civil actions involving many areas of employment, including sexual harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, FMLA, breach of contract, and wrongful discharge.

Admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut, Ms. Fabbo is also an associate editor of the Massachusetts Employment Law Letter and co-author of Insurance Coverage for Employment Claims in Massachusetts, 18 W. NEC L. Rev. 255 (1996). She has served as an adjunct faculty member at Western New England College School of Law and is a frequent speaker on employment-related legal topics for a wide variety of associations and organizations. Boston Magazine has recognized her as a “Super Lawyer.”
