Skoler, Abbott & Presser Attorneys to Present at 2013 Master Class in Wage and Hour and Overtime Compliance

Over the last several years, more than 23,000 wage and hour complaints were registered against employers. Over 222,000 employees recovered back wages through federal enforcement action. And employers paid out $1.4 billion to settle wage and hour division charges, with Staples alone paying a whopping $24 million to settle a misclassification dispute involving assistant store managers.
