Skoler Abbott is a charter member of the Worklaw® Network, a national network of law firms that devote their entire practice to representing management in all facets of labor and employment law.  Skoler Abbott is also a member of the Employers Counsel Network (ECN), a well-connected group of more than 200 employment law attorneys from top-level law firms in all 50 states plus Washington, D.C., and Canada.

Founded in 1989, the Worklaw® Network includes firms with some of the most prominent management employment specialists in the country.  It was established to provide members with a forum in which to exchange information on legal and practice issues in order to provide members’ clients with the most up-to-date and knowledgeable representation in the country. Membership in the Worklaw® Network, which maintains rigorous recruiting standards, is a virtual “seal of approval,” indicative of a firm’s expertise and quality.

There are Worklaw® Network member firms from coast to coast, providing access to over 300 experienced labor and employment lawyers.  Member firms share information and expertise with other firms located throughout the country through electronic database information and daily communication on difficult and timely labor and employment issues.  Participation in the Worklaw® Network, with its large pool of experienced attorneys from which to draw information, allows us to serve clients in a more cost-effective fashion while still maintaining the advantages inherent with a smaller law firm.

More information about Worklaw® Network and ECN, including a listing of affiliated firms, is available online at worklaw.com and employerscounsel.net.
