In today’s workplace landscape, the impacts of mental health issues can be felt across all departments and levels in the organizational structure. HR leaders are at the helm of managing these issues and crafting policies and strategies that both support their workforce (and their families) and also keep the company compliant and productive. This interactive panel session is designed to help managers and leaders build a better understanding of mental health (i.e. Depression and Addiction) and the impact on the workplace and the HR role. Participants will gain strategies to manage and mitigate the impact of mental health on employees, employers and the workplace overall.
